No Canadian schools focus on food policy education, but a number have explicit food studies programs that include some food policy elements, including UBC, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Trent, Ryerson, George Brown College, Bishop's, Memorial (Stephens and Hinton, 2021). There are also individual professors conducting food policy work in other departments in other schools including Peter Andrée at Carleton University .....
